What changes as you upgrade
The ordinary level-gated cards increase both clean power and brush size. For example, Pro shows 0.3 power and size 3, while Turbo shows 0.4 and 3.2. That is a card comparison, not a claim that a full house finishes a fixed percentage faster.
The budget and value bonus labels also rise across the ordinary line. Their stacking rules and final effect on a sale are not established by these cards; treat them as displayed bonuses until a controlled sale test is available.
